A deposit of $200.00 for weekly and $300 for monthly rentals is required to hold a reservation date. Last minute rentals requiring over night mail will be charged for this service. 

*** NO REFUNDS for early check-outs. Cancellations of 45 days or more will receive the deposit back.  Cancellations of between 45 days to thirty will loose half their deposit and less than thirty days will void out their deposit. All credit card transactions will be refunded at the above conditions, including a $20.00 handling fee.***

The owners will be not be responsible for any personal property lost, stolen or left on the premises or for any injuries resulting from tenants carelessness or negligence.
