RENTAL
DURATION

The rental week runs from Saturday to
Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. We try to schedule your trip based on your
time period if possible, or as close to it as possible. We do not rent
for long weekends or midweek's unless we have an open space.
EXTRA
DAYS
-
We extend extra nights if available
to our weekly renters. The extra night charge is based the weekly rate.
Many times guest stay longer due to weather conditions or simply to see
attractions they may have missed.
DEPOSIT
-
$200.00 deposit guarantees rental space.
We will hold reservations for 4 days only on a verbal request.
FINAL
PAYMENT
-
Due one month before you leave.

Pool Heat is included in the rental.
